I would give Rondo a 12/10. I’m a first time home buyer, and naturally, the process was very daunting. I didn’t even know that I needed a realtor to help me through the process. Luckily, one of my close friends had worked with Rondo a few years ago and had a great experience, so he recommended Rondo to me. And that’s the great thing about Rondo - he does such a great job that he gets fantastic word-of-mouth references. The entire process was challenging and stressful, and I often doubted my choices. However, Rondo was there with me every step of the way. From picking listings to scheduling tours, and throughout the entire closing process. He always had my back, was never pushy/selling a lot, and always helped solve all of my issues whether they were with the bank/loan, the sellers, or anything else. Things did not go smoothly, but everything turned out okay, and a lot of it is thanks to Rondo. He was also very responsive throughout and very knowledgeable. He helped my offer stand out among 8 other offers without even offering the highest price by giving me the correct advice, and helped me with anything I needed (even if they were slightly unrelated first-time home buyer questions).
